Bonjour j'ai un gros probleme de virus avec mon 2è ordinateur!


AVast m'a détecte plusieurs virus Win32:Small-JMH dans plusieurs fichiers C:/document and Settings\...\local settings\tempory Internet entre autres.

*Je l'ai ai mis en quarantaine mais a chaque fois que je redemmare mon ordi, Avast me prévient que j'ai un virus de Troie et j'ai une page bleu alerte windows qui s'affiche!
*les rapport de scan me disent qu'il y a eu un "problème lors de déplacement du ficher"
*Par erreur j'ai effacé un fichier infecté et depuis j'ai perdu mon calendrier Restauration https://www.casimages.com/i/0801291007092190986.png.html et il a aussi disparue de "Systeme"

Je ne sais pas quoi faire! help please

Salut Zeillou,

Passe ceci dans un premier temps :

Téléchargez MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur votre bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip
Décompressez-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt

Salut Zeillou,

J´etais partie me coucher hièr...

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message ainsi qu´un nouveau hijack this.

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp

Salut zeilllou,

Ce n´est pas dramtique les douzes virus trouvés.

Il s´agit des virus contenue dans les quarantaines des outils que nous avons utilisés.

1 seule C:\WINDOWS\system32\hblaik.exe virus a ete trouvé.

fais ceci :

A.V.G :

-> Télécharger AVG Anti-Spyware (ewido)

http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 218 avg anti spyware

-> L´installer.

-> lancer AVG Anti-Spyware et clicker sur le bouton Mise à jour. Patienter...

p.s : si les mises a jours ne se font pas, elles sont telechargable ici :

-> Sur la page "analyse":

choisir d´abord l'onglet "paramètres".

sous « Comment réagir » clicker sur « Actions recommandées » et dans le menu déroulant, choisir « Supprimer ».

-> Redémarre en mode sans échec :

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

une fois en mode sans echec :

-> Lancer le scan, (c´est long...).

Avg ne détecte rien , 1h30 de scan et il me dise qu'il n'y a rien!!

Oui j'ai le programme roxio dans programmes files mais je ne sais pas à quoi il me sert!

Sinon suite au virus ,je n'ai plus l'onglet "Restauration du système" dans Poste de Travail==> Propriétés
comme ceci http://apu.mabul.org/up/apu/2008/02/27/img-220450cdnpm.png.html mais il est présent dans le menu demarer " outils système"
et je n'ai plus de restauration automatiques

POur la reparation de Windows c'est pas possible car je n'ai pas les cd d'installation, je l'ai acheté en magasin sans les cd,

C´est encore plus embetant que tu n´ai pas le cd d´instalation mais ce n´est pas encore perdu.

Regarde ceci pour essayer la proposition de lance_yien ( post5 ) ou celle de philou (post 11); je les salut par la meme occasion ;-)
