SOUNDS IN COUNTER STRIKE 1.6

Hello everyone… I have a problem that is a bit persistent, but I'm counting on all of you to help me solve it… So here it is, I am a player of CS 1.6 (Counter-Strike 1.6) and I really want to have sound effects like: "Headshot" or "Multi Kill" or even "Killing Spree" and stuff like that… But I can't seem to get these into my game… To practice, I play on LAN, so in total silence (I don't like that)… So please… HELP ME
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    I'm on a server that has these sounds, everyone has them except me!!!

    I've already reinstalled CS several times...no results!!

    So please, if anyone knows where to find these .wav files, I would be very grateful!

    Okay lol, you guys suck, go to the mentioned server

    Then in the chat type "settings" and enable the sounds ;)

    I'm having the same problem, it's driving me crazy, I'm fed up with searching.
    I've found some stuff but I don't understand things like amxmodx or ultimate sound, etc., those things on the net. If possible, it would be better to explain in more detail, thanks.
    If anyone finds something, please respond quickly ;)

    Reinstall CS and check if the sound folder is placed correctly!

    The sound folder is where it needs to be... But if it wasn't where it should be, I wouldn't have gun sounds, and I do have them...

    The sounds are on the server, which means that when you connect to the server, it downloads the sounds if you don't have them.
    Then you will hear the sounds on this server (not all servers have sound effects).
    If everyone can hear them except you, go to cstrike_french sound, look for the name of the server and delete the folder, then return to the server; it will re-download the sounds and it should work fine. If it doesn't work, I can't help you anymore.
