Probleme avec securitoo

ce sujet n'a rien a faire dans cette rubrique. Va dans la rubrique logiciels/pilotes.

j'ai parle de cle et non de logiciels et pilotes et merci pour la reception

securitoo est un logiciel. Tout ce qui concerne le fonctionnement d'un logiciel(i compris l'activation de clé) ce trouve dans la rubrique LOGICIELS/PILOTES
de rien pour la "réception" je ne fait que t'informer pour t'éviter d'attendre une reponse qui ne viendra pas.

tout a ete fait, le probleme provient de la connection avec securitoo qui ne veut valider la cle .j'ai telephone a 3 reprises ils n'arrivent pas a reprendre la connection ils me disent que le probleme provient de ma connection.

Ce qui suit est dit à titre amical, mais tu paierais moins cher en achetant une suite antivirus-pare-feu installée sur ton pc.
Securitoo est basé sur F-Secure et coute 60 euros par an.
Penses-y pour l'avenir.
Mais cela ne résout pas ton problème immédiat.

Quel était l'antivirus sur ton pc ?
S'agissait-il de Symantec ?

Installes-le.
Il sera dans C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis2.0.2\HijackThis.exe

[*]Lances-le par Do a system scan and save a logfile.
[*]A la fin du scan, un blocnote va s'ouvrir, enregistre le sous HJT1.txt.
[*]Puis sans le fermer :
CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour copier
CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse
[*]Tu le refermes pour le moment.
[*]Tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.

Important : Sous Vista, clic droit sur le fichier Hijackthis.exe ou sur le raccourci, Propriétés, Onglet Compatibilité, cocher :
"Exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur"

Il faut désinstaller correctement Symantec Norton et Avast si tu veux utiliser Sécuritoo.
Mais je reste persuadé que tu ne fais pas une bonne affaire avec cet antivirus.
Pour le prix tu ferais mieux d'installer Kaspersky ou AVK -G-Data:

As-tu bien désinstallé l'antivirus qui était en place ?
Pour entrer la clé essaie en élevant les droits.
Tu cliques droit sur le raccourci ou le fichier exe et dans le menu déroulant, clique sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
