Hello,
I have a big problem with my Storex GV40 mp4 player. I plugged it in to charge and once it finished I unplugged it and turned on the player to listen to my music, but a big problem: the player won’t turn on anymore and moreover when I plug it back in nothing happens, it doesn’t charge anymore!!!!
what should I do ?????

Hi there!
I also have a problem with mine!
Actually it won’t turn on, my computer doesn’t recognize it either so it’s impossible to charge it (and I can’t turn it on anyway). Even pressing Reset doesn’t work!
What should I do?
Please let me know, thank you -
here i had the same problem but i found the solution when you plug it into the computer to play music or recharge it you must not unplug it leave it on at least 4 hours to fully charge also about 4/5 hours first unplug the charging cable from the mp4 then from the computer, avoid dropping it (risk of damaging the mp4), avoid water, do not exceed the charging time (about 5 hours) here you go and good luck to all of you.

Hi!!!!!!!!!
Mine works but the computer doesn’t recognize it anymore; it loads but it’s impossible to put music on it. -
Your computer doesn’t recognize it, so first plug in your charger to the computer, then to your MP4 storex, and if it doesn’t work, go to the search menu, type the name of your MP4, and it will find it and explain to you what the problem is.
