TNT problem with the Tokaï LTL 1403 S

Hello,

We just bought a Tokaï LTL 1403 S TV with built-in DVB-T tuner. When trying to tune the digital terrestrial channels (we did select the TNT/DVB-T source and not analogue), no channels are detected. We receive a message on the screen telling us that our message base is empty? Could someone give us a solution?

Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.5.3

    verified the antenna surely signal problem !!! choose the TNT source well then perform a search for channels

      Hello. Were you able to fix your empty database issue on your TV? If yes, how did you do it?
      Indeed I have the same problem... After several power outages I no longer have the TNT, and when I start a channel search I get the message "empty database".

      Hello, I have lost all TV channels. the message "database empty" appears on the screen, but when I go into the menu I can't access either "auto setup" or even "manual setup". How can I fix this? Please help me.
