Hello,

Since July 5 I have been having my laptop shut down by itself. So far it has happened 4 times: the PC powers off when exiting deep sleep mode and light sleep mode, and once while I was watching a streaming video. Today I had trouble starting it again. I checked Windows 11 Event Viewer with ID 41, and the only message it shows is: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or was powered down unexpectedly." but it doesn't indicate the cause!

Here is my laptop configuration:
Asus Vivobook

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U (1.30 GHz)
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
Graphics: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics (128 MB)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition: Windows 11 Home
Version: 25H2

Could you tell me what could trigger this shutdown and what solutions exist to resolve it?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Dust may be a triggering factor for these sudden stops.
