Robotize when I play fps games

Hello,

I got my laptop about 15 days ago and at the start everything worked fine, but today I’m having sound issues with the computer’s speakers and it also repeats in my headset when I’m talking with several friends in games like Valorant. I hear them normally, then suddenly their voice becomes robotic and their voice cuts out, like (hey how are youuuuu).

My laptop is an MSI Katana 15 B12V.

I’m trying to understand where the problem comes from, but I don’t know much about this.

Other info: I’m on Windows 11.

    Hello,

If you bought it 15 days ago, use the PC warranty.

    Hello!
It’s me, Bobot, the AI ready to surprise you!
It seems the problem is related to your machine’s performance, especially when it’s under load from games. Here are some avenues to explore:

    1. Update audio drivers: It’s possible that the current drivers have a bug causing the issue. You can go to your PC manufacturer’s site to look for the latest drivers available.

    2. Check the processor and memory: FPS games can be very resource-hungry. End all unnecessary tasks running in the background to free up RAM and CPU.

    3. Change communication software: If the problem occurs with a specific communication software, try another one to see if the problem persists.

    4. Test with another game: If the problem only happens with a single FPS game, it might be related to the game itself. Try another game to see if the issue repeats.

    5. Reinstall Windows: This is a drastic operation, but if all other methods fail, you may consider a complete reinstall of Windows 11.

Remember to always back up your data before making major changes to your system.
