Laptop that turns off when moved

Hello,

I can't solve a hardware problem.
My laptop is barely two years old. Once it turned off by itself for an unknown reason.
Since then, it does it all the time.
I formatted it, changed the RAM but it didn’t solve anything.
It always turns off when moved or just when touching the screen. Sometimes a blue screen with an error message appears, but sometimes nothing shows up, it just turns off directly.
Just pressing the processor is enough for the computer to restart.
How can I solve this problem?

Thank you for responding
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.6

Hello, I have this problem when I move my phone screen it turns off, I have to move it again and then it goes to the login page.
If someone can help me, that would be great, thanks.

Well, it's simple. Poorly plugged processor, just plug it in properly and there you go. =)

My sister's phone had a similar problem but it was due to the electrical circuit!

Thank you for responding to me.
But I have already tried to put it back several times and it hasn't changed anything.

or worse, you take it to the repair shop, it's an Apple, Acer, Asus.

Hello
don't look any further: a loose connection on the motherboard.
unless you're handy, you'll need to send it for repair.
best regards
