Hello,
I can't solve a hardware problem.
My laptop is barely two years old. Once it turned off by itself for an unknown reason.
Since then, it does it all the time.
I formatted it, changed the RAM but it didn’t solve anything.
It always turns off when moved or just when touching the screen. Sometimes a blue screen with an error message appears, but sometimes nothing shows up, it just turns off directly.
Just pressing the processor is enough for the computer to restart.
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you for responding

Thank you for responding to me.
But I have already tried to put it back several times and it hasn't changed anything. -
Hello
don't look any further: a loose connection on the motherboard.
unless you're handy, you'll need to send it for repair.
best regards
