Hello, an error message "Error 0xc0e90002" appears

C:Users\roger\AppData\local\Microsoft\OneDrive\Codecs\8.1.2\avut il-60.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Reinstall the program using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or software vendor for support

error status: Error 0xc0e90002. Can you help me resolve this message which disappears after several clicks on OK, noting that I do not have support
