Hello,

I can no longer use the printer or the scanner that is connected by cable to my laptop running Windows 7. :scanning issue and driver ????
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 83.0.4103.106

      Yes, I have already reinstalled but the same problem persists, and when I turn it on, the scanning thing makes several back-and-forth movements whereas before it didn’t do that...

        You mention having reinstalled, but my question is, did you previously remove all traces of this printer from the PC?
        If you reinstalled on an existing printer, it's possible, even likely, that it won't work properly.
        Generally, you need to completely remove the printer and all its drivers before reinstalling it.

        I have successfully uninstalled the printer from my programs, but not the drivers... how can I find out which drivers belong to the printer? I don't want to uninstall just anything randomly???
