Hello, please kindly help me.

I have lost my SFR email password.

I can't find it either in the Google Chrome list,

nor on my iPad, Settings, Passwords.

When I sign in with my SFR email, Forgot password, it sends a code to my mobile phone, unfortunately the line is terminated and I opened another line, can we change the old mobile number to the new one?

to receive the recovery code again.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for all your efforts, my issue still isn’t resolved, my email address is not linked to any contract, box, or customer area, …..etc, my email was created more than 25 years ago. The original one no longer exists.

      Thank you

        Hello,

It is unlikely, without a valid recovery address, that there is a viable solution via the internet.

The wisest course would be to deal with them directly by going to a SFR agency.
