Games that crash PC

Hello,

I need advice regarding my PC.

I often experience crashes in some games (Sims 4, Assassin's Creed, etc.). The farming game doesn’t crash with a blue screen or a restart (PC specs below).

I’m not very knowledgeable about this and I would like to know if it could be due to outdated driver updates, BIOS settings, a compatibility issue, or a hardware defect, which would surprise me since the PC is 2 years old; even the motherboard was replaced by a technician. I’ve already run tests to see if it’s a hardware issue, but there are no problems in that area.

If someone could help me understand or guide me on the checks to perform, it would be really appreciated. I even doubt Windows 11 (despite updates) since I had never had this kind of problem before.

I’ve tried running sfc scans, tested the RAM, and also updated NVIDIA drivers, but nothing seems to work...

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello

"material defect which I would be surprised about since the PC is 2 years old,"

We often have water coolers where after 2 years the liquid goes bad, creates "algae" that can clog to the point of sometimes killing the pump. It's difficult to clean in a closed circuit where you can't see anything.

The overheating can be seen on a testing site like UserDiag designed for this, even if they are more comfortable with Intel processors. Running a 20-minute test with the middle one should be enough to start, then post the link to the test report in a future response here.

Hello,

No overheating, the problem comes from elsewhere.

However, I noticed that your RAM frequency is unused because XMP is disabled, which means lower performance.

Another detail, no secure boot active but it's not a real issue.
