Hello everyone,
I own an Asus Tuf FX504GE
For a few days now, I have been desperately trying to get my Bluetooth to work.
At first, the activation button was not offered to me, after some research and attempts by removing my Bluetooth driver, Windows has correctly reinstalled it.

Since then, I have been unable to connect any device; the search works but during pairing, after a few seconds of waiting, a message appears indicating that the operation has failed.

Drivers are up to date, etc.

If someone has a lead, I would be very grateful.

Hello,
I can't help you because I have the same problem as you, but I found a solution that is not related to Bluetooth; I hope this can help you anyway.
I was trying to send files between my phone and my computer via Bluetooth, but it wasn't working. Now I do everything by email and it's awesome! (just put the same email address on both screens and send the files to yourself, and you'll receive them in no time!
Hoping to have helped you,
Hirana

Hello, thanks for your response Hiranaaa, but I need Bluetooth to connect my AirPods, so the problem is still there :/

I tried to install the corresponding Asus driver for my model
Error message "There are unauthorized Bluetooth adapters in your system, Please remove or disable the devices and click ok"
If I disable my Intel drivers, the Asus driver installer asks me to enable Bluetooth, which I can no longer do without these drivers..

It’s getting quite complicated now.
