Unable to connect after resetting windows 10

Hello,
following a reset of Windows 10 on my Asus laptop (formerly Windows, I had downloaded a free version two months ago)
I find myself with a black screen + my name + the photo I chose before the reset, the date and time + internet settings at the bottom right and the box to enter my password
but my previous PIN code is refused so I can't log into this computer!!!
what should I do then? I’m lost, I’m 73 years old but I usually manage very well on my own with my issues but this time! Please help me get out of this bad situation because I can't find anyone to help me (except for a repair person and you can see the cost)

    Instead of resetting, reinstall Windows without data loss using the Microsoft tool:

    (click on Download the tool now), provide a USB key of at least 8 GB.
    Create an ISO file:

    Burn the ISO using the Rufus utility:

    Hello.

    Have you tried clicking on Connection options, then choosing between the icon in the shape of a keypad (PIN code) or the other in the shape of a DVD player (password)?

    Hello,

    Start with the advanced system recovery options using method 1 from this page: Windows Advanced Recovery Options.
    The principle is to restart on the page where you are asked for the password, with the icon at the bottom right and while holding the shift key.

    If you do NOT reach the window where Windows asks for passwords, due to a blockage or crash beforehand...
    Turn off the computer twice during the Windows loading.
    It will enter repair mode, which will also grant access to the advanced system recovery options.
    (If starting with the advanced recovery options is impossible, you need to create a USB drive to boot from; there’s a link on the previous page for that).

    More help:

    From the settings menu, restart Windows and go to safe mode with networking.
    If you have important documents, back them up.

    Then reset to Windows 10.

    Windows again.

    denied after you have typed it or is no key on the keyboard responding?
    Now the numeric keypad may be disabled, in which case
    use the numbers on the keyboard.
    But are you really sure that Sign-in options is not displayed just below the area where you need to enter the PIN or the password?

    Have you always had this login screen? Because it doesn't look like either Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro.

    Once the drive is created, insert it into the faulty PC, go to the BIOS to
    set it as the primary boot option, the system will boot from
    the drive, click on Next -> Repair your computer -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Command Prompt.
    There is a small utility (Notepad.exe):
    Type notepad.exe, save your data to an external device via a simple
    Copy/Paste and perform a reinstallation without keeping data.
