My Android box, once turned on, gets stuck and does not respond to any actions. I would like some advice. Thank you.

Hello as well,

I quote: "My Android box" is vague. Brand and model of this box?

Best regards.

Hello,

Which box is it exactly?

Check if it has a "Reset" button that allows you to reset it with a paperclip, for example!

Also, try unplugging it from the power outlet.

It might also be defective!

I changed the power supply, turned it on and off, and it didn't make any difference.

I do not wish to reset the box and lose all my information.

At some point, if the system crashes, there aren't many choices left. It's like smartphones.

It's possible that it is defective too!

It's a box on which I've installed all my apps: Netflix, Amazon, Messenger, WhatsApp, Facebook, and the games.....etc. It bothers me to delete everything, as some games will be reset to zero.

Hello!

There are two possibilities in your case: either it is a faulty electronic component, and in this context, resetting does not solve this type of problem. In this field, there are only two choices: either a repair or the purchase of a new device.

And in the opposite case, if it is not a failure (faulty component, etc.), the reset should normally restore the device to proper working condition.

Finally, there is no intermediate or miracle solution in this context, and for your information, the ostrich policy will not solve this type of problem!

In the end, I reset my box, I need to reinstall my applications.

Thank you all for your advice.
