Hello
I bought an Android TV box (H96MAX RK 3528 M1), I used it for 3 weeks to watch YouTube videos.
One day, when I turned it on, it said no signal; I tried unplugging it and turning it on again, but it stays on the first page that displays the brand.
I tried to enter the boot menu with a cable behind the box, then I selected WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET.
It says this:
Formatting ...
ERROR ..................
ERROR...................
SEVERAL ERROR MESSAGES and nothing new, even when I tried to select reboot now, nothing shows up.
Please, can someone help or guide me?

It looks like a failed update.
Either you find a way to reset the box to factory settings, or you need to contact support.
