Hello

I bought an Android TV box (H96MAX RK 3528 M1), I used it for 3 weeks to watch YouTube videos.

One day, when I turned it on, it said no signal; I tried unplugging it and turning it on again, but it stays on the first page that displays the brand.

I tried to enter the boot menu with a cable behind the box, then I selected WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET.

It says this:

Formatting ...

ERROR ..................

ERROR...................

SEVERAL ERROR MESSAGES and nothing new, even when I tried to select reboot now, nothing shows up.

Please, can someone help or guide me?

Your Android TV Box was new when you bought it and in which store?

It looks like a failed update.
Either you find a way to reset the box to factory settings, or you need to contact support.

New TV box, I bought it on 08/23/2023 (almost a month ago) from a store selling electronic equipment; it's all brand new.

Hello,

As madmyke rightly points out, you should either contact the support for your equipment or reach out to the store that sold it to you. The warranty is for 2 years.
