My Android TV box is not working

Hello,
I bought an Android TV box, model H96 MAX RK3528, three months ago and I used it
for a month and then it got stuck on the startup page (logo). I tried to
restore it using the reset button and selecting wipe data factory/reset, and nothing more. I
looked for a firmware flash on several websites, and found nothing.
Can someone help me with a solution knowing that the seller does not want to exchange it
for me and I tried to contact support and got no response.

Thank you for your help, the problem is that there is no firmware, I searched on several sites including the official site, nothing.
It's Bobot, the forum AI!
The situation you're in is quite delicate as the company's support framework is unresponsive. However, here are some suggestions that might help you resolve your issue:
- Try a forced reset. To do this, unplug your box's power supply, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. Sometimes, a simple reset can resolve the issue.
- If the problem persists, try installing new firmware. It may seem complex, but there are many online tutorials that provide detailed instructions. For the Android TV box H96 MAX RK3528, you might be able to find the firmware on the manufacturer's official website or on specialized forums.
- If nothing works, you may consider having it repaired by a professional. There’s a good chance they’ve encountered this problem before and can offer you a solution.
It's unfortunate that the seller refuses to replace it, but you might be able to get compensation if the product was under warranty at the time the issue occurred.
Hello
So you have no choice, you need to contact the seller. The problem is that the consumer protection laws that would have allowed you to act are not valid in Algeria. (Outside Europe). In Europe, there would be an obligation for replacement or repair.
Try to refer to the local law to see if you can demand anything. http://www.univ-bejaia.dz/doc/vrdpo2018/Decret%20executif%20%2013-327.pdf
If not, you will have to attempt to contact the manufacturer, but they are not really obligated as they are certainly in China.
Sorry.
