Crunshyscan has blocked me, I don't know what to do.

Hello,

I've been reading on Crunshyscan.fr for several months and for the past few weeks, I haven't been able to access it. It doesn't tell me that I'm blocked, the page simply stays blank and won't load on my device. I don't have any ad blockers, VPNs, or antivirus protections, nothing at all, and I'm frustrated. Please help me resolve this issue.

    Hello,

    Maybe try clearing the cache. If you are indeed on iPhone, go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

    This is the site that sometimes has disagreements over copyright issues; we've seen this with music as well. There can even be changes in URLs, relocations, or blocks of the site itself by various means, like ISPs for example.

      Probably not.

      The site may be delisted from search engines or change its URL, a number of contents may be removed at the request of the rights holders, but the entire site cannot become inaccessible due to an ISP blockage except in the case of an administrative decision that has no justification in this case or a judgment that would have ordered it.

        Regarding the closure of a site, it can be administrative in case of criminal activities.
        This involves the physical seizure of servers when they are located in France, or even the international cooperation of other states and the arrest of those responsible, as was the case with Coco, and this is not always possible.

        When it is of judicial origin (in practice, a complaint from the publishers), potential financial sanctions are not necessarily sufficient and are impossible if the site is located abroad.
        As a result, the judiciary orders ISPs to block access to these sites, but this is easy to circumvent; this has been the case for a number of streaming and downloading sites.
        However, it is quite subtle because for this to happen, the judiciary considers that the site in question is essentially infringing.

        This is currently not the case for Crunchyscan, from which some content has been removed following a judicial request from the publishers, but it has been deemed that it also published copyright-free content.

        Scantrad has indeed been shut down; it is not clear whether this is a judicial decision, pressure, or an independent decision, but there seems to be confusion, and no reliable source indicates that Crunchyscan is shut down.

    the site is accessible without any issues. But the article from geekodrome is not flattering.
