Hello
It's impossible for me to access the files on my Redmi Note 8T from my computer (on Windows 11). However, the "file transfer via USB" option is checked on the mobile...
The phone is quite old (>5 years), so a lot of the discussions on the subject that I've found couldn't be applied... :-(
It seems to me that when connected to the computer, there was an update made on the drivers, but I'm not sure.

I don't know if you have checked the links on the topic below, particularly those from wikihow, which detail the procedures for activating the connection via cable or Wi-Fi.

One must assume the prerequisite of mobile recognition (driver corresponding to the version of Windows), which should appear in the file manager (left column).
