Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T Problem: Turns On and Off, Vibrates

Hello, I am currently facing a bug with my daughter's Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T that keeps turning off and on, vibrating continuously with a battery symbol (a symbol I had never seen before), and it's impossible to restart it. I tried the fastboot image that appears on the screen, but nothing more, and it goes back into its bug. If anyone can help me, it would save me. Thank you <c>

The phone is too old; it can no longer handle heavy loads like the new updates. It needs to be reset, another one should be bought, or a refund should be requested if the phone is under warranty.
