    I didn't see that it was paid but only available online (and printable in groups of 2 pages).

    I have no information about the sponsored content ads from CCM.

    Thank you but it was impossible for me: credit card problem. Yesterday I saw an ad on "how it works" with free sites to obtain manuals...impossible to find that ad again.
