Hello: since yesterday, my W11 PC can no longer connect to the MyCanal app: as soon as I start the connection, a black screen appears with a red circle that keeps spinning endlessly, and I have no access to any menu. I haven't found anything on the C+ forum.... What should I do???
P.S.: it works fine on my TV via the C+ decoder...

    Hello,

    Try these solutions:

    • Use a different browser: Some users have worked around the issue by switching from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome or Firefox to access MyCanal.
    • Disable G-Sync or FreeSync: If you have a monitor compatible with these technologies, disabling them in your graphics card settings (NVIDIA or AMD) may resolve display issues.
    • Check for updates:• make sure Windows 11 is fully updated.
    • Update the MyCanal app via the Microsoft Store.
    • Check that your graphics drivers are up to date, via the manufacturer's website or Windows Update.

    • Reinstall the MyCanal app:• Completely uninstall the application.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Reinstall MyCanal from the Microsoft Store.

    • Test in browser mode: If the app keeps crashing, try logging into MyCanal via the browser to see if the problem persists.
    • Disable hardware acceleration:• In your browser or app settings, look for the "hardware acceleration" option and disable it.

A bonus that worked for some:

They unlocked access by enabling a hidden menu in the MyCanal app:

    1. Open the app.
    2. Click 5 times on the version number in the settings.
    3. This opens a "Debug" menu.
    4. Enable "Limit to HD720p" to improve stability.

If nothing works, you can also check the official Canal+ forum where other subscribers share their solutions.

    Have a great day.
