Remove a text area with Paint

Hello,

I saved a JPG photo too quickly with PAINT (I didn't do "save as" but just "save").
I added a text box to my photo and wrote in it.
How can I remove all of that to get back to my original photo?

    Hello,
    MISSION IMPOSSIBLE if you have saved it on the original.
    The only way to proceed is to use Paint tools (or another drawing software) to try to recreate the part of the photo where you marked the text.
