Issue on Amino, message no connection Solved

Hello everyone, I’m asking for help from this community for the first time because I’m facing an annoying problem with the Amino app. As soon as I open it, I see a message "error no connection." At first, I thought it was nothing, so I turned off and on the Wi-Fi, but nothing changed. Then I went on YouTube to see if my Wi-Fi was working, and indeed it was working very well. I tried connecting to Amino via 4G but nothing changed. So, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it, but nothing changed, still the error message "no connection." I even reset my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, but it didn’t change anything at all, still that annoying "no connection" message. It has now been almost 24 hours since I lost access to Amino, and I hope someone in this community will be able to solve this problem. Thank you very much for wanting to help me ^^

Hello,

Yes, but Amino is a kind of community, it's not Wi-Fi or 4G... if you manage to connect with other widely used applications like Google, YouTube, local news, your connection works...
It's only with Amino that you have the problem... In my humble opinion, it comes from them... Either their system is down, the data centers, etc... or you did something against their rules and they banned you.... But normally, at worst, it lasts a few days and everything comes back..

So the system works if someone else can connect to it...

You're not banned... I won't bet my life on it... because you are connecting, by the way, with a different IP and another device ID, so they can very well make the distinction... And was it really on 4G and not on Wi-Fi for example..??

It remains that your device (I don't know what it is) could be poorly configured... You just have to copy those of your friend from the same village... I admit I don’t know these parameters related to this application.

I’ve had the same issue for about 48 hours. I’m neither banned nor anything, but I can’t access the app at all because when I try to log in, I get a “no connection” message. I thought it was a bug, so I waited about 6 hours, but still the same problem. I uninstalled and then reinstalled it, I restarted my device, and in the end, I even contacted customer support, but they didn’t do anything :/.
