Freebox Revolution TV Issues

Good evening,

I recently subscribed to the Revolution box. Everything was working well until this evening when I turned it on (the TV box) and I was asked to choose a package; I cannot watch TV. I can watch videos but not TV channels.

I turned it off and on again, but nothing works.

What should I do? Thank you.

Likewise, restarting the server, restarting the player, nothing works; it always brings me back to the bouquet question (is there always an issue after updates????)

You had bad luck with your subscription. (Tough luck, due to an update).

It is a bug on the Freebox Révolution (the Freeplayer TV).

Another Freebox has also been affected (Devialet Player).

==► TV channels prompted users to create a bouquet

 The bug preventing access to TV channels has been resolved by mid-morning. Affected Freenautes can once again access their channels without any special manipulation. Good news for the concerned subscribers, the TV service has been gradually restored by Free around 10 AM this morning on Freebox Révolution and Delta with Devialet Player. Since the deployment of an update last night on the players of these two Free boxes, many subscribers encountered a major issue: the inability to access TV channels. Instead, a screen prompted users to create a favorite bouquet, with no solution working, even after restarting the Server and the Player. This malfunction occurred with firmware 1.5.20 for the Devialet player and 1.3.53 for that of the Freebox Révolution. It did not affect other features and services of the operator's TV boxes. The return to normal is automatic and requires no manipulation.

This latest update brings a host of new features.

The latest addition to the Freebox TV player is the addition of 2 mosaics.

Channel 26 --►Thematic Mosaic.

Channel 27 --►Streaming Mosaic.

These are Fast TV channels --► 7 new channels at no extra cost in the Freebox bouquet
