You need to check in the installation settings that you are on the correct LNB frequency.
For Astra 1C2C:
Ku band
LNB frequency: 9750/10600
transponder: 12692/22000
tone burst A
Diseqc 1.0/1.1
B

and then you should get your signal

I lost my update and can't get the new update anymore, the channels are encrypted. If you can send me your version that would be nice because it's a real hassle when you don't know what you're doing.

If there is no signal, it means the satellite dish is misaligned.
