Free TV internet, poor reception mosaic

Hello,
I have poor TV reception over the internet (Free),
what should I do to receive TV correctly,
I have downloaded the Free ADSL TV internet, is there a configuration to be done for the option?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    it's not a reception problem since with ADSL TV we don't use an antenna. Contact your ISP or switch to satellite TV.

    troubleshooting solutions lower the set speed on HD [originally V6] switch to low speed or connect an external antenna for TNT the TV box of the V6 and V5 includes a TNT TV tuner
