Freebox Revolution replay issues

Hello,

For the past few days, the replay has been malfunctioning on certain channels, particularly TF1 and 6play. The viewing is choppy or suddenly stops. However, the ads play without any problems.

Hello,

I have already contacted the Free platform 4 times in February/March/April regarding a replay issue where the image becomes choppy around 9 PM. Another problem is that when you start a replay, the ad comes up, and at the end of the first ad, the replay restarts from the very beginning of your replay.....

Revolution box/fiber optic/ Villefranche-sur-Saône...

No ticket creation at FREE, they take notes and tell me they will inform me... but nothing happens.....

Restart your Freebox server (internet box), once it has restarted, restart the Freebox TV box, check if it's better, if it's still the same only Free will be able to help you, discuss it with them, Free.fr/nous-contacter .

Hello

We have the same issue with the replays starting from around 9:00 PM. After contacting Free, it seems to be a server problem. We are awaiting a response. If we don't hear back, we will change providers.

Hello, the replay requires a good level and regular internet flow; the line may also become congested during peak hours. Change of operator in retaliation? There might be operators using the same server!!!! "back to square one without going through jail"

Hello, I am tempted to respond that we are in 2024 with artificial intelligence coming on strong and our Freebox replay that you pay 38 euros/month does not work/from the big gas factory of FREE no one informs you in a professional manner about the issue when you manage to reach the platforms in Morocco, the poor agents who know nothing make you disconnect the wiring repeatedly to have the same starting result/I am going to send them UFC Que Choisir + block my automatic payments and finally change providers/we are being treated like fools this will change side/Cordially

Good evening,

I feel less alone, every evening around 9 PM it stutters on the M6 replays in particular.

I have sent a message to the customer service, I am waiting for their response.

This is going to drive me crazy because it has been going on for a while now.

I have the same problem for some time now, FREE advised me to boost the box, which I did, but the problem remains unchanged.

Feedback from FREE, changing the plugs and the problem persists.

I conclude that it is a bandwidth issue even though I have fiber.
