How to change the batteries in a CYBERPLUS box?

Hello,

The Banque Populaire provides a device that allows for the authentication of certain operations: CYBERPLUS. However, this device uses batteries! How do you change the batteries? What type of batteries? How do you open the device?

It should be noted that the battery compartment pulls down from the device while pressing a pointed object into the hole provided for this purpose at the bottom of the back (not the reset) to unlock it; the batteries are CR2032 and the polarity is indicated on the inside of the battery compartment.

  The CR 2032 batteries are not suitable; you need to use CR 2025 batteries.

  For me, it works very well. Just unlock the hatch by pushing a pointed object or a ballpoint pen into the small hole at the back. Then replace the two button batteries, put the hatch back on, and it works perfectly again.

The external battery should be placed with the engraved side facing up, and the internal battery with the engraved side facing down.
