PS4 Connection Fiber Bouygues

Hello everyone,
Following a move two months ago, I got a Bbox Ultym WiFi 7.
I am connected via Ethernet to my PS4 and the box is fibered.
Up until now, I had no issues, but since Saturday my connection has been slow, especially the upstream download (attached is a screenshot from my PC). I have tested it on my PS4 as well, including on the browser, and the results are exactly the same.
My problem is that I used to play in share mode with someone, and it's absolutely impossible now.
I should note that I haven't changed any settings on my box up until now.
I tried reaching out to Bouygues support, but the first level support couldn't help, and it's been three days trying to get in touch with level 2...
Does anyone have any leads?

it's certain that if you try to contact the N2 with as little measured technical information as what you present here, they must just throw it straight in the trash, especially since it's not typical for an N2 to respond within 2 days; you could rather expect 2 months, unless you have a professional maintenance contract, and even then, as long as you have the service sold, that's after all the rest.
PS for the attached document, you're not great either.

But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!
