Hello,
I am a new subscriber with Bouygues, with the Bbox and the 4K box for TV.
Regarding recordings, I have a few small questions.
I connect a hard drive to the 4K box to record. On the recordings, there are no titles of the movies or shows. So it's better to note the information about these recordings to know what they are. Is this normal?
I made a recording on the hard drive, and when I connect it to the PC, I can't find that recording!!!????
I copied a movie onto the hard drive from the PC in AVI quality, but I can't see it in the recordings on the TV!!???
Is there a possibility to connect via FTP (Filezilla) from the PC to the TV, like with Free???

Currently, if your hard drive is formatted with the Bbox 4K, it won't be recognized by your computer. That's why you can't see the recordings on your PC. Additionally, the Bbox does not accept AVI files imported from the PC. So, it's normal that you can't see the movie you copied to the hard drive from your PC.
As for the titling of recordings, it's a known issue with the Bbox 4K. There is currently no solution to this problem. You indeed need to take note of the information about the shows or movies you record.
Finally, regarding FTP access, it should be noted that this feature has not been available on Bboxes for a few years now. Therefore, it is not possible to connect via FTP with Bouygues' Bbox.
