Blue screen and BIOS

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to you in hopes of finding a solution to my problem.

My PC starts up correctly, but after 5 minutes, it shows a Windows blue screen with an error message. Right after that, it turns off by itself and restarts into the BIOS.

When exiting the BIOS, the computer restarts but immediately goes back into the BIOS.
It also sometimes happens that upon restarting, a simple black screen appears, with nothing else.

When I unplug all the components or wait between 5 and 10 minutes, the computer turns back on normally… but it shuts down again after 5 minutes with the same error message.

I sent my PC in for repair, and the company advised me to change the graphics card — which I did — but unfortunately, the problem persists.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Or might have a solution to offer me?

Hello,

It would be helpful to know the brand and model of this PC... or the motherboard... its age and the version of Windows being used (or another OS)

Error message...? that's all well and good... but what message...? what is the text.

Or a clear and readable screenshot...

BIOS display... is it really the BIOS... or a basic screen with text
