BIOS issue, black screen after clear CMOS

Hello, I need help because I had an issue with my desktop PC
Config :
Intel 10700k
Nvidia RTX 2080 Super
Corsair DDR4 RAM
MB: MPG Z490 Gaming Plus
So I start my PC without any issues, I browse around on it, etc.
Then I get busy for a while doing something else. Upon my return, I have no display even though my screens are working
I decide to check the connections and dust off the beast but nothing works.
After a few restarts, the screen displays the BIOS! Overjoyed, I exit it for Windows to boot up
But no.. it goes back to the BIOS after countless manipulations (restarts, unplugging, removing the RAM...) nothing works.
So I look online and I do a Clear CMOS on the JBAT1 pins and now the PC doesn't even display the BIOS...
The screen is powered but there is no display, the motherboard issued no sound or blinking lights and my components are running, even the USB ports are functioning
I don’t understand anything, I tried the Clear CMOS two more times and I even tried removing the battery for 5 minutes, nothing works.. Is my motherboard dead?
Thank you in advance to anyone who might have an idea

Hello,
The problem might also come from your graphics card. Normally, you have VGA/DVI ports that are integrated into your motherboard; you can always try unplugging everything from your graphics card and using the built-in video output ports on the motherboard.
It might not work since on some BIOS systems, it is necessary to disable the dedicated graphics card in order to use the integrated graphics card (which you no longer have access to), but still, you have nothing to lose by trying.
You can also try unplugging the power supply, removing the CMOS battery, and then finally holding the power button for a good 30 seconds. This method can sometimes help drain any residual power that is still stored in the circuits.
Have a nice day!

Hello, I tested without the graphics card using DisplayPort and HDMI on 2 different screens but without success.
Then I removed the battery again and pressed the button without success. I took out the RAM and did the same steps without success either.
I tried the steps one last time by removing the SSD, and this time I got a black screen with lines asking me to press F1 or F2 for nothing set up, and I finally ended up in the BIOS.
Relieved, but now I don’t know what to do :(
Hello
Reinsert the hard drive so it can find Windows.
For a black screen, there's a combination of 4 keys to restart the display simultaneously.
Ctrl+Shift+Windows+B
But if the screen has gone to sleep, I have a button on the back of the screen that shows the brand, and I move the mouse to display Windows if it's open or ...nothing if neither Windows nor the BIOS are sending anything, and then the screen just says no signal and turns off again. Wake up again.
Putting the SSD back, I enter the BIOS again
But I've already noticed that it is not detected in storage on M2_1, it is not present
And I tried to put it on M2_2 but it doesn’t appear there either
The drive is a WD Blue 3D NAND SATA SSD M.2 2280
I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be detected all of a sudden
And when I exit the BIOS, the screens stay lit as if they are displaying something but the screen is black
Ctrl+Shift+Windows+B seems to change nothing
I noticed that the PC is stuck on the VGA LED, I don’t really know what that means
And if I restart the PC, I am back in the BIOS
Hello,
The Ctrl+Shift+Windows+B keys won't work since, if I'm not mistaken, it's a keyboard shortcut for Windows. Of course, if Windows doesn't boot, the shortcut won't work.
The positive point is that you have access to your BIOS again. Try starting it a few times without connecting your SSD; if it boots successfully, maybe that's the issue. If the circuits of the SSD are damaged for some unknown reason, it might cause unexpected behavior in the rest of the system. The best thing would be to test with another SSD or any other storage method to see if the BIOS can detect it. If your BIOS still doesn't detect the other storage devices you try, then the problem could be with your motherboard.
In the worst case, a BIOS update might be necessary. I have to leave, but when I get back from work, I'll look up your motherboard to see if it's a common issue.
Have a nice day!

"I noticed that the PC is stuck on the VGA LED, I'm not exactly sure what that means."
I assume this refers to the VGA LED from what MSI calls the Ez Debug LED (VGA, DRAM, CPU, and Boot). These LEDs indicate which component is having an issue. In your case, the VGA LED remains lit, which means the graphics card is the problem. Start by checking that the graphics card is properly seated in the PCI-Express 16X slot and that the power cables are properly connected to the graphics card. If that's the case, the next step is to remove the graphics card and connect your monitor to the HDMI or DP port on the motherboard to see if there's a display.
