Mini 4K, who has one?

Hello,
I’ve had a Freebox Mini 4K for quite a few years now, and the more time goes by, the more I think it’s a "piece of junk"! That’s why I’d like feedback from people who have this box.
What on earth is the Bluetooth on this Mini 4K for, apart from the remote control!? Everything I connect via Bluetooth to this "thing" only acts as a remote control!? I tried with a BT headset; it was detected just fine, there’s a "headset" icon displayed on the screen, but no sound in that damn headset. When I pressed the buttons on the headset, it just acted as a remote control to adjust the volume of the box and change channels!?????
On my phone, the headset worked perfectly...
I then tried with BT earbuds and got the same result!?
My laptop doesn’t detect the player, and the player doesn’t detect it either, even when it’s less than 2 meters away!??? Same with my phone!??? On my phone, I can detect all the smartphones and smart TVs in the neighborhood, but not my player that’s right next to it!?
Yet, my laptop and phone detect each other perfectly!?
Then, installing "apps" (Google Play) on this "piece of junk" is ridiculous; it’s super slow or crashes!?
On the other hand, listening to music or watching videos stored on my hard drive connected to the box works perfectly.
It seems that everything that needs to be connected to the internet (TV, apps) just doesn’t work! Is there a lack of bandwidth? I wonder if this "box" is really suited for fiber optics?
Switching from one channel to another is often a struggle; the two channels mix on the screen for 1 to 2 seconds before displaying the correct image!?
Sometimes when I’m on a TV channel and switch to YouTube, I end up on YouTube with the sound from the TV channel in the background!
I’ve already reported this, but hey, "Try to reset."
Thank goodness I’m only paying €29.99!

Hi,
I have it and it's true that the TV box is a bit slow but it works on my end. I just have a problem with the screen I personally use, but otherwise I can connect to it from my streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.
As for the internet box itself, I have no issues. I just prefer to use a dedicated Wi-Fi router with many configurable options, good Wi-Fi, and better security and privacy.
Edit: Yes, the Bluetooth has a problem.
