Hello everyone,
Here is my problem, I have a Freebox mini 4K, the issue is that the wifi disconnects every 5 minutes, 10 minutes... I then go back to the wifi by selecting my Freebox and entering the wifi key, but every time I get the same message "Incorrect password"... I have to unplug my Freebox and plug it back in for it to work normally, then 5 minutes later it starts again. However, I have no disconnection when using Ethernet.
I have tried changing channels multiple times, modifying the type of protection, but to no avail...
When I call Free support, they always have me do the same procedures and it's always the same... They even replaced my Freebox but nothing has changed.
My connection is around 20 Mbps so that’s not a problem on that side.
This has been going on for over 4 months now, if anyone has a solution... Thank you in advance
Have a nice day

Hello,
The WiFi module of the mini 4K isn't the best; in fact, internet boxes in general are quite poor when it comes to WiFi.
I recommend getting a WiFi router/access point, like this one SEE THIS PAGE. There are others to choose from, especially stick to well-known brands.
Then, you just need to turn off the WiFi on your Freebox, connect the router to your Freebox via the Ethernet cable which is usually provided, you can configure it as a router or a WiFi access point (recommended), and you'll see you won't have any more problems; the router will effectively replace the WiFi of your mini 4K.
