I've never had a problem with Free's customer service; they'll tell you what's wrong with your line, as they are the best placed to judge. It's not on a forum that someone will see if your problem comes from the NRA or the line, especially since in most cases, a technician needs to be dispatched, or you'll need to trigger a Gamot ticket.

Your disconnections come from the fact that you are connected via VDSL. Check if you have a high number of FEC errors by going to the xDSL stats tab. If they are high, go to your subscriber area and set your ping to serenity mode; this will reduce them and minimize disconnections.
