Plex libraries connection unavailable

Hello everyone ^^
Let me describe my problem: I reset my PC yesterday morning, and I had a Plex library that was working perfectly.
Since then, I can no longer access my libraries at all; on devices like my phone or PlayStation, the libraries appear empty, and on PC, it says "LAPTOP-XXXXXX is currently unavailable. Please check that you have a network connection and that the server is accessible, or consult our troubleshooting tips for more assistance."
I want to emphasize that the files are still exactly in the same place. I’ve searched for similar cases on the internet, but I can only find people with NAS, etc., nothing that resembles my situation.
So if you have any leads, I’m all ears ^^
Thanks in advance :)

Hello,
Isn't it a firewall to be configured?
And here we are, there you go ....
But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!! -
Hello ^^
I'm back here because the solution I found was: to enable the relay.
My Plex libraries are still inaccessible EXCEPT when I check the "Enable relay" box in the Settings/Network options. But the problem is that by using a relay, which is limited in bandwidth, the quality of the content is terrible.
To make sure I didn't change anything else, I reset the Plex settings by reinstalling it, and now, when the "Enable relay" box is unchecked, there is no remote access to my libraries, whether on the Play, on my phone, or on a PC. It tells me that I am offline. I am still going through port 32400 on my original server. And whether the firewall is enabled or disabled, it doesn't change anything.Honestly, I'm lost, so if there are any Plex experts, you're welcome, lol
Thank you very much in advance ;)
