Hello,

I am on Windows 10, my network printer was working without any issues, then all of a sudden, every time I send a print job, I can no longer find my printer (and it systematically directs me to print to a PDF file even though it is properly listed in the Windows settings). What should I do? Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 67.0.3396.99

    what's the connection with AD?
    Can you ping your printer?
    Do you know its IP address?
