How do I delete certain saved credentials (correct or incorrect) with Edge on Windows 10?
Thank you

Hello,
In Edge, click on the 3 horizontal dots, select Settings, then Profiles, and finally Passwords.
Hello,
Thank you, but that's not what I asked.
I do not memorize passwords. I want to delete some saved credentials that are incorrect.
If I enable the "Save and fill in basic information" option in the Microsoft wallet, all the saved credentials reappear, but I cannot eliminate them. If I disable this option, a new credential is not saved.
How can I do this?
Thank you for your help.
Hello,
Thank you for this information.
The recorded information is available in the Microsoft Wallet. Go to Settings in Edge > Profiles > Personal information.
You will see the list of all the credentials saved by Edge. Click the trash can next to a credential to delete it.
If they do not appear, make sure you have the latest version of Edge. Go to Settings > About Microsoft Edge to update it. Otherwise, clear all saved information to start over by going to Privacy, search and services > Choose what to clear then select All time in "Time range > Autofill form data > Clear now.
Thank you, I have applied this solution.
When I open an application such as my bank, an insurance company, or webmail where I have a personal account, and when I click on the "username" tab, all sorts of usernames appear, including those that have nothing to do with the site in question and any potential typos.
It is these incorrect usernames that I want to eliminate one by one from this list.
Is there a solution? So far, I haven't found anything.
Thank you for your help.
This is how autofill works. As soon as you select an input field, it will suggest all the information you have previously entered in a form or text area, regardless of the site.
This information is saved in the Personal Information section, but may also be found in Payment Information and Passwords (under "Microsoft Wallet" in Settings > Profiles). Hover the mouse over a saved item to reveal the trash can and delete it. It will no longer be suggested to you unless you enter an identifier again with a typo, in which case you will need to delete it again as explained.
I did all that but nothing works. The identifiers still appear. The only way I found is to disable in the Microsoft wallet, personal info, settings, the button "save and fill in basic information".
Once disabled, the info no longer appears but new registrations don’t either.
It's a real headache.
However, thank you for all these explanations.
It's strange that you can't delete these incorrect identifiers.
To confirm, is Edge up to date?
Try clearing all your browsing data (history, cookies, cache, etc.). Click on the three dots > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
Under "Clear browsing data," select Choose what to clear and set the time range to All time. Check all the boxes in the list, then click on Clear now. Do the same in the "Clear browsing data for Internet Explorer" section and only uncheck Keep favorites website data.
Once all data is cleared, close and restart Edge.
If the problem persists and you have added extensions, disable them to see if that makes a difference. Otherwise, reset Edge by going to Settings and selecting Restore settings in the left pane. Your favorites will be saved, but I still recommend making a backup. Type edge://favorites and click on Export favorites.
