    Moreover you do not explain correctly what happened. You had a update. But what did you update: Windows, a software, a peripheral driver, or something else?

    Next what exactly happened? Did everything shut down and you tried to reboot? Is Windows functioning properly?

    What do Gmail and Orange have to do with it?
