Position the guides outside of the image area.

Hello everyone,
I would like to position the guides outside the perimeter of the image, but they do not stay in place. However, when I position the guides on the image, they remain in place. I would like to know how to position the guides outside the image's parameters. I will illustrate what I want with the attachment using lines as guides so you can better understand what I mean.

Thank you for your response. What I want is how to position the guide outside of the image, because when I try to position the guide outside of the image, it disappears and doesn't stay in place. I want to place the guides as shown in the screenshot.

It's normal, an image processing treats the image,
Not what's around it, nor outside of it.
It's a bit like placing guides three blocks away in the street
