For the record, this isn't exactly a "scam" but rather a mobile insurance sold by a consultant when purchasing a phone from Bouygues. The difference is that some users from all operator shops report that these insurances (which are useless, but that's another story) may have been set up by the selling consultant more or less without their full knowledge. As noted in <1>, you need to start by canceling directly with the insurer; Bouygues initially only sold a third-party product that they wash their hands of, except perhaps for the commissions such a contract with the third party brings them.

What's surprising is that this withdrawal would apparently be unique, for which there is no reason. Without cancellation, it can run ad vitam aeternam even if the corresponding phone has been sitting in a drawer or thrown away for a long time.
