On 08/07/2011, a €60 charge was made for the Norton Internet Security software, even though I have had a MAC since 2009.
Upon checking the history, I noticed that the same charge was made on 08/07/2010.
I have no idea what procedure I should follow to get refunded.
Furthermore, I received no prior information about these charges.
I consider this a real scam; it is truly outrageous.
Does anyone have a solution?

It's your fault, you shouldn't have given your credit card number to Symantec.
They require a minimum commitment of two years. It's written in very small print in the General Conditions.
You can always ask your bank to stop the automatic withdrawals for this company whose practices border on fraud.
