Phone locked by Family Link on startup

Hello,

My son had a Redmi A2 phone on which I had installed Family Link. Since then he has changed phones, so I factory reset the phone. And now when I turn on the phone I get a screen:

Take a break / Your parent has locked your device for the day

I tried the parental code but it doesn't work.

I went to the Family Link account but the phone no longer appears.

I tried to factory reset it but I don't have the Wipe data option on startup.

And I contacted Google who gave me a security code that doesn't work!

Have you ever encountered the same issue?
