EDENWOOD TV and PS4 Issues

Hello, I recently bought a 65'' QLED TV EDENWOOD ED65EA07UHD-VE following my move.

When I plug in my PS4, the device is detected, but no image appears. My TV tells me there is no signal and shuts down 3 minutes later.

I managed to get an image from my PS4 once, but since then nothing. I've changed the HDMI cable but nothing works. Everything was working fine on my old TV, which I no longer have...

If you have any solutions to suggest, I'm all ears.

Thanks everyone

Hello,

You need to determine if the problem is with the TV or the PS4. To do this, try another device (TV box, Firestick, DVD player) on the same HDMI port; if that works, you'll know it's the PS4 that's the problem. Alternatively, you can test the PS4 on a friend's TV.

If the problem is with the TV, contact the seller – you should be under warranty.

If it's the PS4, check the purchase date... otherwise...

The TV works with a decoder and the PS4 on another TV is fine... Compatibility issue???

And was this test done on the same HDMI port?

Hello,

To try:

Connect the HDMI cable and turn on the TV, but not the PS4. Then press and hold the power button for at least 7 seconds until the system emits two beeps.

It’s very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it’s not there...
