Edenwood TV WiFi issue

Hello, I bought my Edenwood TV and I connected it to the Wi-Fi. It worked for 2 days and then nothing. I didn’t understand what happened, I tried reconnecting it to the Wi-Fi but nothing works, I don’t know what’s going on. Could you please help me??

    Hello and welcome to the forum,

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and plug them back in.
    If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
