Unable to add a business account on outlook

Hello,
After downloading Outlook on my Android smartphone and entering the work email address, I validated it but immediately got an error message: this username may be incorrect. Please make sure you typed it correctly. If not, contact your administration.
p.s: my administration could not do anything.
