How to create an @outlook.be account

Hello,

I want to create an email account .....@outlook.be.

However, when I log into outlook.com, the only choices I have are @outlook.fr and @outlook.cm and I can't change them.

I don't really understand since I live in Belgium and I'm connected to a Belgian network. However, my computer was purchased in France, which I think is the reason for the problem.

Could someone help me?

Thank you for your response. However, a colleague of mine was able to create @outlook.be accounts, so it must be possible...
