Add a participant to an Outlook meeting

Hello,

After sending a meeting invitation to several people, I later wanted to add another person to the meeting. I clicked on A: and typed in the name of the additional person. However, when I clicked "send," the invitation was resent to all my participants. How can I make it so that this invitation is only sent to the added person? Is there an option I need to check?

Hello,

In Outlook 2010, you just need to open the event and forward it to a new participant. This avoids sending an update to the other participants.
