AnyDesk "connection refused...."

Hello,

Previously, I could use AnyDesk to view a friend's iPad or iPhone and help him. Now there is always a message saying "connection refused, the connection request was denied by the user," whereas the user did not receive the message to accept or deny. I tested it on my iPad and the same issue occurred (it used to work before).

Do you have a solution to this problem?

After extensive research, it turns out that AnyDesk is now paid for iOS.
